British customers who are looking forward to own a styling and powerful premium estate can now order Volvo V60. For the entry-level D3 Momentum Version with manual gearbox, the price is set at £31,810. An option of three 2.0 liter four-cylinder engines will be offered initially. It will be joined by D3 and D4 diesel with T5 petrol. In the coming 12 months, petrol engine and two petrol-electric plug-in hybrids will be available. Both the diesel options of Volvo V60 is made available six-speed manual and eight-speed automatic gearbox. T5 petrol unit comes with eight-speed automatic as standard.
With respect to output, D3 diesel churns out 148hp and combined fuel consumption of 64.2mpg. D4 offers 187hp and 64.0mpg. For T5, the output is 246hp and 43.7mpg. In the entry-level Momentum variant of Volvo V60, several standard equipment are made available such as LED headlights, powered tailgate, two-zone climate control with ‘CleanZone’ air-quality system, a 12.3-inch driver’s information display and rear parking sensors. A 9-inch portrait styled touchscreen with Sensus infotainment system is also on offer. Inscription models comes with leather upholstery, front parking sensors, Drift Wood interior inlays, powered front seats with memory function and chrome exterior trim.
Volvo V60 can be obtained with optional Xenium package. For Momentum, the cost is £2,000 whereas for Inscription and Inscription Pro, the price is £1,800. In this package, there is powered tilt and slide panoramic glass sunroof, a 360-degree surround-view parking camera system and Park Assist Pilot. By spending an additional £825, Harman Kardon premium sound system is available that boasts 14 speakers with total output of 600W. There is also an expensive Bowers & Wilkins system that offers 15 speakers and 1,100W for £2,500. Volvo V60 can be ordered now, but the deliveries in UK will happen later this year around third quarter.
