At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, TechArt will showcase GTstreet RS. TechArt GTstreet RS is based on Porsche 991.2 Turbo S and only 10 units will be made available. It is not surprising considering TechArt specializes in Porsche tuning. TechArt managed to extract an additional 187hp from Turbo S. Porsche Turbo S is powered with 3.8 liter flat-six engine. Porsche tuning specialist also pairs the engine with newly developed variable-geometry turbochargers. Hence, the final output of TechArt GTstreet RS is 759 horsepower and 920Nm of torque. TechArt GTstreet RS with such massive power gains in acceleration time. GTstreet RS is able to accelerate from 0 to 62mph in 2.5 seconds and 0 to 124mph in 8.1 seconds.
The top speed of the TechArt GTstreet RS is limited to 211mph. Technical CEO at TechArt Automobildesign, Steven Ratz said that with the help of RS performance powerkit enables the car to reach speed of 224mph. It can be seen on a high speed testing ground and equipped with specially homologated sports tires. The exterior of TechArt GTstreet RS has been tweaked such as Forged Design Carbon body kit that features randomly arranged carbon strands and also provides additional downforce without altering the drag coefficient. Even the rear spoiler can be extended and adjusted by 15 degrees. The centerlock wheels are a special version of TechArt’s forged Formula IV Race design.
On the front hood, each model will feature their limited edition number. The rear and rear side windows are made of lightweight Corning Gorilla glass and carbon rear diffuser is accompanied by four titanium exhaust tailpipes. The latter has electronically controlled flap adjustment to switch between different levels of noise. Interior of TechArt GTstreet RS comprise of Alcantara, leather and genuine virgin wool. Additionally, there is floor mats, dashboard, center tunnel, center console, sun visors, door pillars and the roof lining are covered with Alcantara. Similar leather, wool and Alcantara scheme can be found on door panels and seats.
