Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus has finally published the rendering images of the highly anticipated road-legal but track focused car SCG004CS. Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus SCG004CS is currently under development process. In the month of November, the company had showcased regular street car SCG004S and they have finalized its engine plans. Interestingly, Glickenhaus is also developing race-only version by the name of 004C. It will compete in GTE, GTLM, GT3, and GT4 racing around the globe. The attached Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus SCG004CS is the road-legal version of race car.
Just like the SCG004S, 004C and 004CS will be using modified version of Nissan GT-R engine. Thus, it will use twin-turbo 3.8 liter VR38DETT V6 engine. The output of the 004C will be dependent in regular racing regulations. Nonetheless, the street version will be delivering around 690 horsepower. The range toping Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus SCG004CS is expected to offer an astonishing 900 horsepower. Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus intends to sell SCG004CS it to private collectors. Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus also wants it to take part in Nurburgring 24 Hours in 2020.
If everything goes according to their plan, James Glickenhaus will be driving the SCG004CS from his hotel to the Green Hell. The engine will be swapped with another one so that it can take part in gruelling endurance race. The pricing details of the SCG004CS hasn’t been announced as of yet. However, Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus confirmed that 325 units of 004S and 004CS. We will have to wait to see how this plan eventually pans out.
