Pininfarina Automobili has introduced one of the most fascinating hypercars showcased at this year’s Geneva Motor Show. This electric vehicle is dubbed as Pininfarina Battista. If we compare this hypercar with other hypercars, it looks more stylish and elegant. Since, Pininfarina is involved we can be assured that end result will be aesthetically stunning. Some might even claim that Battista isn’t that stunning as the recently launched Koeningsegg Jesko or Bugatti La Voitture Noire, but its spec will certainly draw your attention.

Pininfarina Battista comes with full carbon fiber monocoque and consists of four electric motors. Each of them is mounted behind a wheel. The combined output of this setup is 1,874hp (1900PS) and 2,300 Nm of torque. Once it arrives in the year 2020, it would become most powerful road legal car on the planet. The four electric motors also provide real torque vectoring which are fed by a T-shaped 120kWh lithium-ion battery pack. It is mounted within the center tunnel and behind the wheels. For those who remember this setup, powertrain is shared with Rimac. Rimac started the trend of electric hypercar.

Pininfarina Battista hypercar is able to hit 0 to 62mph in under 2 seconds and takes under 12 seconds to hit 0-186mph. McLaren Speedtail takes 12.8 seconds to hit 186mph from stagnant position. Top speed is claimed to be 217mph.With the help of DC fast charging, it offers a driving range of 280 miles. Only 150 examples of Pininfarina Battista will be handmade. Price of each hypercar is set at $2.5 million. Each region (Europe, North America, and Middle East/Asia) would around 50 units each.
