Pagani has finally unveiled topless variant of the most aggressive Huayra since its original debut in the year 2012. Dubbed as Pagani Huayra Roadster BC and just like any other Paganis, it will have limited run. Only 40 examples will be made and all of them are already spoken for. Pagani Huayra Roadster BC incorporates an evolved version of its carbotanium (carbon and titanium) chassis. It not gives massive strength but also makes hypercar lighter. Huayra Roadster BC is tipped at just 1,250kg which is staggering considering power on offer.
Pagani Huayra Roadster BC uses newly developed twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 engine that has been specifically designed by AMG for Pagani. Output is rated at 791hp and 1050 Nm of torque which will make surrounding blurry when throttle is pushed to its limit. The same unit can be found in future Paganis too. Engine is mated with a seven-speed Xtrac automated manual transmission and is only available option. Bodywork of the Huayra Roadster BC is almost new and features an aggressive aero that produces a downforce of 500kg at 174 mph. Moreover, front splitter is now larger and accompanied by new canards and louvers on the front fenders.
There is also a redesigned rear clamshell, a giant fixed wing that runs across the width of the hypercar, and a massive diffuser. Even the exhaust system is brand new and comes with six pipes and two of them exit from within the diffuser. Pagani is yet to share performance figure but going by specs, it is going to be pretty fast on a straight line. However, it was revealed that Pagani Huayra Roadster BC is competent enough to pull 1.9G lateral acceleration during constant running, peaking at 2.2G and braking at 2.2G. Price of this topless beauty is £3.7 million.
