Later this month, Karma will unveil the 2020 Revero to the world. Now, Karma Automotive has revealed another special edition based on the very last of the original Revero. It is described as sold-out and comes with more than 80 unique features and also features a custom paint job and unique interior appointments. Official specifications of Karma Revero Black Ocean are yet to be made public, but judging by the look we can make out few things. It has matte black exterior complemented by yellow exterior on air intakes and front fender vents.
The yellow scheme can also be found Brembo brake calipers which is hidden behind black alloy wheels. The decision to reveal the Karma Revero Black Ocean was not accidental as they had introduced the car during the renaming ceremony of the Moreno Valley plant. It is currently known as Karma Innovation and Customization Center and this is where 2020 Karma Revero will be built. It promises to offer “ultimate in customization, craftsmanship and technology integration.” Without divulging into specifics, Karma Automotive will offer more customization option in future models than ever before.
The aforementioned plant is planning to build 2020 Karma Revero which will go on sale from second half of this year. It will make its debut at this next week’s Shanghai Auto Show. It will have new powertrain and new design. Powertrain will be supported by powerful lithium-ion battery pack, a new twin-motor rear drive unit and a range-extending BMW TwinPower Turbo three-cylinder engine. All these helps the vehicle to accelerate from 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds.
