The Mitsubishi Evolution has been dead for years, but it seems that the name might survive. Mitsubishi is all prepared to showcase its e-Evolution Concept at the upcoming Tokyo motor Show. For now, the Japanese carmaker has released little information along with teaser images of the Mitsubishi e-Evolution Concept. It is being previewed as high performance all-electric crossover. It will be an amalgamation of bets technologies from Mitsubishi Motors and flexibility of a SUV. Judging by the exterior of the concept, it looks quite bold and fascinating.
According to report, Mitsubishi e-Evolution Concept will comprise of three electric motors and one will be in the front and two in the rear axle. The electric motors are coupled with electronically-controlled torque vectoring Active Yaw Control unit that helps in sharper handling. The brain of Mitsubishi e-Evolution Concept will feature Artificial Intelligence system which will read the changes on the road and also traffic condition. It will also read driver’s intention which takes in driver’s intention to improve vehicle’s performance.
The Artificial Intelligence System in the Mitsubishi e-Evolution Concept also trains the driver through voice dialogue with the help of large dashboard display. The “Coaching Function” will make the ride of the driver and the rider much more enjoyable and fun. Mitsubishi will reveal the e-Evolution Concept on 25th of October at Tokyo Motor Show. Along with this concept, Mitsubishi will also reveal Eclipse Cross coupe that will make its Japanese debut.
