UK buyers can now place their orders for the Final Edition of Mercedes SLC. Price of the SLC 200 version begins from £37,120. If buyers choose SLC 200 Final Edition Premium trim, price jumps to £40,916. First deliveries are expected to begin from early spring of 2020. Interestingly, Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 Final Edition is priced from £49,855. Some of the standard spec available with Mercedes SLC Final Edition consist of 18-inch five-spoke alloys, Airscarf, Night Package, heated seats, rain sensing wipers, smartphone integration that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
SLC Final Edition also includes Garmin sat-nav, Parktronic, Memory package (with electrically adjustable seats and steering column), and Harman Kardon sound system (but for AMG 43 only). Mercedes SLC Final Edition is also offered with an exclusive paint finish called Sun Yellow. If buyers can shell out an extra £3,795, they would get reversing camera, Mirror Package, panoramic roof, Comand Online infotainment system, LED lights and wind deflector. Mercedes SLC 200 and SLC 300 comes with turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine that generates 181hp and 241hp respectively.
AMG 43 features biturbo 3.0-liter V6 gasoline engine, offering 385hp and 520 Nm of torque. The setup helps it to accelerate from 0-62mph in 4.7 seconds and hits a top speed of 155 mph. Mercedes SLC 200 is offered with six-speed manual transmission as standard whereas SLC 300 and AMG 43 are offered exclusively with nine-speed automatic transmission. It is expected to sell like a hot cake as it is one of the finest creations by Mercedes.
