At this year’s New York Auto Show, Mercedes-Benz GLS was launched with élan. It won’t be far away from now when we get to AMG GLS 63 as range topping model. The first Mercedes-Benz GLS was in form of GLS 580 4Matic model. Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 4Matic SUV is powered with 4.0-liter V8 with an EQ Boost 48-volt system and integrated starter-generator. The setup delivers an output of 482hp and 700Nm of torque. The started generator offers an additional 21hp and 250 Nm of torque in small bursts.

Majority of people would be content with 500hp Mercedes SUV considering speed limited applicable in many countries. Nonetheless, no Mercedes till now have been complete without being prepped with AMG treatment model. Hence, Mercedes-Benz GLS 63 with more than 600 horsepower will join the lineup at some point of time. Now, the question arises how GLS would look like with AMG treatment. This job is done by an Instagram user that goes by the name of J.B. Cars. They posted their rendered art on the page.
The front of Mercedes-Benz GLS 63 is dominated by AMG’s signature Panamericana grille along with massive air intakes. There is also new set of black wheels which has been added and is complemented by a set of bright red brake calipers. The rear of GLS 63 rendering comes with a modified bumper which incorporates carbon fiber elements, a rear diffuser, and quad tailpipes. Mercedes GLS 63 may seem over the top to many, but full-sized performance SUV is definitely a thing to behold. BMW has already squashed rumors regarding the X7 M.
