Mercedes-AMG GT R gets a widebody treatment from Prior Design

Ferrada Wheels always come up with strange and interesting project and this time they invested time with Mercedes-AMG GT R. The German supercar have encountered tuning program that gets several mods from different companies. The latest to join the list to upgrade for Mercedes-AMG GT R from Prior Design in form of a wide body kit. Upon visiting the official website, price of this upgrade is revealed to be €15,390. For this price, GT R will gain extended fenders, front apron, side skirt attachment, rear diffuser, bonnet, side gills and modified bumpers.

As the tuning project is marketed by Ferrara Wheels, it is no surprise that it will sports their set of wheels. Tuned Mercedes-AMG GT R gets a 10-spoke deign from the Forge-8 series that measures 10×20 inches at the front and 12×20 inches at the rear respectively. It can be ordered in several finishes that includes matte black. All these changes give AMG GT R a meaning look and offers an unmatchable presence.

Thankfully, powertrain of the GT R remains untouched and goes perfectly with this striking aesthetics. This tuned Mercedes-AMG GT R comes with the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 unit. Hence, the output remains at 577hp (585 PS) and 700 Nm of torque. The setup helps it to sprint from 0 to 62 mph in 3.6 seconds.
