McLaren GT to make its first public debut at Top Marques Monaco

Top Marques Monaco will open its door tomorrow and one of the biggest surprises is from McLaren. All-new McLaren GT will make its public debut at this event. It is McLaren’s first true Grand Tourer and will be showcased in a Burnished Copper finish. At this Monaco event, McLaren 720S Spider Convertible will join in Supernova Silver with Stealth wheels. McLaren GT has already made its global debut online on 15th May. Visitors at this exhibition will be first to see this Grand Tourer in metal body.

Burnished Copper exterior on McLaren GT is complemented by Porcelain Blue leather interior that is in Luxe specification. In simple terms, McLaren GT features a leather-finished rear luggage area and finely-crafted, machined, brushed and knurled aluminum controls. GT show car also features an optional panoramic electrochromic glass roof and rides on 15-spoke Gloss Black diamond-cut alloy wheels. This is McLaren’s first model to focus on touring refinement and practicality. To access spacious luggage space, rear-hinged glass tailgate is to be used. The luggage space can accommodate two pairs of skis plus boots or a set of golf clubs or just big bags.

McLaren GT encompasses British company’s performance enigma. GT uses 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that is rated at 612hp. It helps McLaren GT to accelerate 0-124mph in just 9.0 seconds before reaching the top speed of 203mph. Deliveries of McLaren’s Grand Tourer will be made by the end of this year. As mentioned above, McLaren 720S Spider will also be on display. 720S Spider will feature Carbon Fiber exterior pack and full Carbon Black interior with carbon components. It rides on 10-spoke Super Lightweight alloy wheels in Stealth finish and sports Dark Palladium aerodynamic body elements with a matching roof.
