McLaren GT is getting a special look MSO which will be showcased on 18th August at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on Concept Car Lawn. The most interesting aspect of this new GT is the newly developed exterior paint color. It is dubbed as MSO Defined Flux Silver, contrasted by an MSO Bespoke Satin graphite paint. The same can be found on the door skirts, front splitter, wing mirror, rear bumper and diffuser. There are exterior modifications made to the McLaren GT that consist of MSO Bespoke Satin Graphite Iron brake calipers and MSO Bright Pack. The latter adds a bright chrome upper window surround, polished titanium exhaust finisher and Gloss Black Diamond Cut wheels.
MSO Head Ansar Ali said that McLaren GT defines the rules of conventional Grand Tourer as it maintains McLaren DNA of a lightweight and engaging drive while adding space, comfort and usability. He believed that GT has class leading elegance and sophistication and can be further personalize via MSO Defined and MSO Bespoke option. Inside of this bespoke McLaren GT features Geoform Stitching that is inspired by the geometry canopy design of the British Museum. This pattern can be found on back seats, sun visor, door cards and armrest. Moreover, materials consist of Flux White Leather and a contrasting Satin Graphite Leather to complement the exterior. There is also MSO logo on the headrests and leather sills whereas MSO Bespoke Silver Infused Carbon Fiber was applied to the extended gear shift paddles and the steering wheel cap.
Lastly, this McLaren GT has MSO Electrochromic Roof, Bespoke floor mats and Flux Silver MSO Painted Key Back. McLaren GT is powered with twin turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine offering an impressive 612hp. It is able to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 3.1 seconds and takes 9.0 seconds to hit 0-124 mph. It will arrive to North American shores in fourth quarter and has a starting MSRP of $210,000.
