If we talk about world’s fastest car, the first name that comes to our mind is none other than McLaren 720S. McLaren’s newest Super Series model doesn’t need extra power, but still provided by DMC. They worked on visual aspects on the exterior and little bit of technical. DMC workshop came up with tuned ECU along with new exhaust system for the twin-turbo 4.0 liter V8 engine. The tuned version of McLaren 720S offers 744hp and 780Nm of torque; it is an increase of 35hp and 10Nm of torque over the standard model.
Because of the tuning McLaren 720S is now able to sprint 62mph from stagnant position in 2.9 seconds. The top speed of this supercar remains constant and still stands at 212mph. With the increase in power, DMC included new front bumper with an attached apron that uses the original mounting points (made from carbon fiber). New side skirts can also be found and on the back there is copy of original wing base which is also made from same lightweight components.
The German based tuning company further added that “McLaren’s Brake-Wing function still works”, and there are “no errors when using the aerodynamic solution”. No changes have been made to the interior. However, as a closure, DMC encompassed new forged aluminium wheel sets. Dimensions of rims at the front is 9.5×20 inches whereas the back it is 11×21 inches. These rims wear set of Pirelli tires which has 245/30 and 305/25 in size. DMC also disclosed that 570S might come with 651hp. You shouldn’t be surprised if a more hardcore version of McLaren 720S might come in future.
