Mazda to introduce two concepts at Tokyo Motor Show

Mazda will be bringing two new concepts at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show. We are just few weeks away from this marque event and the company wants to give away any opportunity to its opponents. They have released two teaser images of these concepts which will they showcased Japanese motor event. The teaser image attached is described as “a more profound expression of the globally acclaimed KODO design language”. Apart from the above detail, the company didn’t disclose any information at the current moment.

Nonetheless, judging by the concept’s teaser it would be sleek and four-door model would be rakish. If we could take a wild guess, then it would be RX-8 which Mazda confirmed earlier. Other than the aforementioned model, Mazda will also preview production concept of Mazda3. The Japanese based company describes the compact hatchback as an amalgamation of next generation design and technology. It will be powered with potent SkyActic-X compression-ignition gasoline engine. It is all set to emerge as next propulsion innovation which is coming from the renowned innovative powertrain engineering department.

Mazda CEO Masamichi Kogai said that the current year will be the new beginning of the new era. They will showcase concept with new gen technology and design which will be a benchmark for new generation of models. The Hiroshima based company will also disclose CX-8 at this event along with the special edition MX-5 Red Top and Mazda2 Noble Crimson Edition.
