Festive season is upon us and there is no better way of celebrating it than listening to the melancholic sound of grumpy Lotus Evora GT410. Lotus is celebrating it by delivering Christmas tree to their Hethel headquarter and in a unique manner. They attached Christmas tree at the back of Evora GT410. With the help of considerate security guard, Lotus Evora GT410 takes quick spin around the compound before stopping at the main gate. Thankfully, for us the driver isn’t careful while delivering Christmas tree to its consignee and drifts a lot without thinking too much about the package.
In the clip released by Lotus, the dominant sound is of the V6 engine. The driver also showcases terrific dynamic abilities of GT410 and giving us a glimpse of Lotus’s most famous creations. If one looks carefully, they would spot white Espirit and Lotus 72 Formula One car. Dry weight of Lotus Evora GT410 is 28kg lighter than 410 Sport. The light weight can be attributed to the titanium exhaust which is 10kg lighter than standard and Öhlins dampers is also lighter by 13kg.
Power in Lotus Evora GT410 comes from supercharged 3.5 liter V6 engine. It provides an output of 410hp and 420Nm of torque. Buyers can opt for manual or automatic transmission and the latter is quicker among the two. Power-to-weight ratio per tonne 326hp. Top speed of GT410 is set at 190mph. For two-pedal version, it can accelerate from 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds and for manual, it is additional 0. 1 second. Kerb weight of manual version is 1320kg whereas for automatic, it is 1,331kg.
