This news was disclosed by Executive Vice President of sales at Toyota Motor North America, Bob Carter today during media luncheon. Dubbed as Lexus RC F Track Edition, it will make its debut at Detroit. Lexus RC F Track Edition will go on sale from spring.

Only a single and only teaser image of Lexus RC F Track Edition has been released for now. It showcases that it will flaunt a huge carbon fiber wing on top of the trunklid. Bob Carter also confirmed that Lexus RC F Track Edition will be street legal car and standard RC F would also be refreshed for 2020 model year. Till now, we have no information regarding Lexus RC F Track Edition or 2020 Lexus RC F. Nonetheless, Carter claimed that it would be fastest most powerful vehicle they have ever built with the exception of LF-A.

This gives us huge excitement considering current model was powered with 5.0 liter V8 engine that is rated at 467 horsepower and 389 pound-feet of torque. Incidentally, this model was introduced at 2014 Detroit Auto Show. Hence, there is a good chance Lexus RC F Track Edition will be more powerful.
