Lexus is already offering Luxury and Sport Luxury grades, now it will be joined by ES 300h F Sport. Pricing details is yet to be disclosed but will be announced near release date. Lexus stated that F Sport brings more emotional design and enhanced agility without losing out on regular cars ride comfort and quietness. Styling of Lexus ES 300h F Sport consist of signature mesh grille with jet black plating on the sharper bumper and rear garnish. Additionally, Lexus ES 300h F Sport comes with 19-inch F Sport alloy wheels and F Sport fender badging. Lexus Luxury variant comes with 17-inch rims.
Moreover, Lexus ES 300h F Sport also adds standard triple-beam LED headlights with sequential turn indicators and adaptive high beam instead of the Luxury version’s bi-LED headlamps with automatic high beam. Interior of ES 300h F Sport features unique F Sport 8.0-inch TFT driver display, F Sport-embossed sport front seats, perforated-leather F Sport steering wheel, and Lexus-first Hadori aluminum ornamentation. Two interior trim options are available for customers which are F Sport Flare Red and F Sport Black respectively. When compared with Luxury and Sport Luxury, ES 300h F Sport also adds Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) that has five driving modes.
These driving modes are Eco, normal, Sport S, Sport S+ and Custom and is the first time for ES 300h in Australia. With introduction of new grade, every ES 300h in Australia will comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as standard for 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Driving assistance tech is available as standard with Lexus Safety System+ suite. Hence, it gets blind-spot monitor, rear cross-traffic alert and a panoramic view monitor. Powertrain remains the same and includes 2.5-liter Atkinson cycle four-cylinder gasoline engine working with electric motor. It gives a combined output of 215 horsepower.
