At the Retromobile Show in Paris, France, one of the rare Lamborghini is one the show. The model in question is Lamborghini Miura SV which has been completely restored by Polo Storico. This model was shipped to South Africa after being made in the year 1972. It wears Rosso Corsa and is complemented by gold accents and cabin comprises of black leather interior. Forty years later, it retains the same color but everything has been restored, repaired and even replaced. When Lamborghini Miura SV first arrived at headquarter it was not in perfect condition. Nonetheless, it had all the original parts, but still it took 13 months to complete.
Engineers completely dismantled the car and verified each and every part from Lamborghini archives. Currently, Miura SV is owned by FIA chief Jean Todt and he took the delivery this week. The place was Polo Storico stand in Paris and the key to the resorted model was given to him by Lamborghini’s CEO Stefano Domenicali. Lamborghini is showcasing two cars at Retromobile Show. One of them is Lamborghini Miura SV and the other is 1966 400 GT. It is also not in great shape and is currently being restored by Polo Storico. It has chassis number 0592 and is owned by a Canadian car collector.
