Dubbed as Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Concept, it is based on Huracan Evo, concept also gains Uris expertise and several upgrades that will turn into an off-road supercar. Ride height of Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Concept is increased by 1.9 inches and front approach is sharpened by 1 percent and departure angle by 6.5 percent.
Sterrato is an Italian word which means dirt. Lamborghini has widened wheel tracks by 1.2 inches and equipped with 20-inch rims that is wrapped in specially developed tires. Higher side walls improve grip and bump absorption. There are also wide shoulder blocks, underbody reinforcements in the form of front and rear skid plates and aluminum-reinforced side skirts along with body protection. All these changes make Huracan into a ready off-road supercar. To further ensure safety, Huracan Sterrato Concept comes with composite bodywork with stone-deflecting protection around the air intakes and engine, along with mud guards made out of hybrid materials like carbon fiber and elastomeric resin. To conquer dark, LED bumper lights with flood function and the roof-mounted LED light bar has been included.
Interior of Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Concept consist of aluminum floor panels, carbon bi-shell sports seats, four-point seat belts and a lightweight titanium roll cage. Power in the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Concept comes from naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 unit that offers 631hp. Then there is four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, torque vectoring and modified suspension are controlled by the Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI). LDVI is calibrated for off-road driving and tuned to enhance traction and acceleration along with enhanced rear-wheel drive.
