The production of Aventador started nearly eight years ago and after getting mid-life cycle update, it is still going strong. Apart from stunning aesthetics, it packs a punch with the help of naturally aspirated 6.5 liter V12 engine which is mated with single-clutch ISR 7-speed gearbox that offers exhilarating performance. Unfortunately, the lifespan is coming to an end. Thankfully, with the introduction of Aventador SVJ, it has been rejuvenated. Lamborghini Aventador SVJ managed to triumph Nurburgring and even bested the likes of hybrid Porsche, Ferrari and McLaren. It managed to break record for production cars.
Lamborghini Aventador SVJ consists of active aerodynamics, active rear wheel steering and reduced weight. The engineers managed to turn Aventador SVJ into a powerful beast. It is even comparable to Aventador S. The Aventador S offers 730hp (740 PS/544 kW) whereas Lamborghini Aventador SVJ offers 759hp (770 PS/566 kW) and 720Nm (531 lb-ft) of torque. It is able to accelerate from 0 to 62mph in 2.8 seconds before hitting the top speed of 217 mph. Since, it broke its cover last summer it has continued to mesmerize buyers and fans. Till now, we have read all about it and its time to know about it in more details.
This time around Lamborghini Aventador SVJ goes through another set of test from Autocar. They took the SVJ to Portugal’s Estoril track which has been resurfaced recently and gave it additional throttle. The reviewer was mighty impressed by it and he even stated that it is difficult not to love it. Check out the review video here and find out.
