The Koenigsegg Regera is the plug-in hybrid limited production sports car. It is manufactured by the Swedish manufacturer. It was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show 2015. The Regera word is a Swedish verb. It means to rule or to reign. Only 80 units of Koenigsegg Regera were built and among them 40 were sold as of March 2016. Each model cost around US $1.9 million. It was built and designed to be luxurious, more practical and hypercar alternative to the rest of the lightweight hypercar lineup.
It includes the One: 1 and Agera RS. Koenigsegg stated that Regera a will be the fastest and most powerful accelerating production car ever. They had simultaneously two models in production for the first time. The black supercars are always attractive, but understated. They surely look sinister. Lisa is the art director of Koenigsegg. Recently, she was asked to virtually spec a Koenigsegg Regera to her taste by the marketing department. So she came up with the discreet combination of it. The hybrid hypercar have a Raven black paintjob which brings a hint of blue into the metallic black paint.
Lisa has chosen the new forged web alloys of Koenigsegg with red metallic brake calipers. Koenigsegg Regera also features subtle tone to tone stripes of carbon fiber left bare, running up the hood and the flank. Its interior is spec’d in red lingonberry leather with black top stitching and woven inserts. It also has more carbon fiber trim and an anodized black center console than the Mansory catalog. So as a result, it is different from the burgundy and purple examples that you have seen so far. Let’s see what’s next in Angelhom comes up with.
