If you think that your car has the fastest speed, then need to look at the Koenigsegg Agera RS. This car holds the capacity to run faster. Hennessey Venom GT is even slower than the Koenigsegg Agera RS and John Hennessey knows the fact very well. The hypercar produces 1,014-kilowatts (1,360-horsepower). While having a run at the Pahrump, Nevada, its average top speed was recorded to be 446.6 kilometers per hour (277.9 miles per hour). However, during this runs the Koenigsegg Agera RS was acclaimed as the world’s fastest car.
However, John Hennessey himself conceded to Top Gear that Koenigsegg Agera RS to be the fastest car whose top speed defeated the Venom GT. In the year 2014 at Kennedy Space Center, Koenigsegg Agera RS run at a top speed of 435.4 kmh (270.49 mph). It was then acclaimed unofficially as the world’s fastest running car. Moreover, Koenigsegg Agera RS break its own record and recorded a speed of 458 kmh (285 mph) in one-way passes. In an interview with the publication, Hennessey told that the maker of the Koenigsegg Agera RS defeated their number and he thinks that to be great. Moreover, he added that what Christian did is right by making a dedicated car that holds the capability to build a record. Although the fight for the number one is not over yet as Hennessey is back with their new model. The Venom V5 is expected to run at a top speed of 482 kmh (300 mph).
Though much details about the Venom is not available but the company seems to be highly aspirant about it. The hypercar will produce 1,193-kilowatt (1,600-horsepower). However, the car is expected to give a speed of 300 kmh (186 mph) in 10 seconds, 400 kmh (249 mph) in 20 seconds. Moreover, its top speed is expected to be 484 kmh (301 mph). Hennessey also added that they want to first find out the fasted car and after that, they will debut their Venom V5 for a race. But until then Koenigsegg Agera RS is the best fastest hypercar in the world.
