At the 2019 North American International Auto Show, Infiniti will unveil QX Inspiration Concept. The Japanese automaker claims that Infiniti QX Inspiration Concept will preview upcoming high-performance, high-range electrified models. It will also mark the beginning of new era in terms of design. The QX Inspiration Concept has high shoulder line and showcases sharp and futuristic exterior. On the front, illuminated Infiniti badge and lettering can be seen. It gets an imposing stance thanks to sleek headlights and a prominent fascia.
In this concept, instead of wing mirrors, spot cameras can be seen which indicates how future EVs will look like. It is speculated all automakers will incorporate in their vehicle not just Audi and Infiniti. Infiniti is developing new EV platforms which will be spacious, and lounge like interior. It supports Infiniti’s planned pushed towards electrification set to begin from 2021. The cabin of Infiniti QX Inspiration Concept is hand crafted using traditional technique and several materials “inspired by Japanese sensuality”.
All in all, Infiniti QX Inspiration Concept overall interior ambiance and technology follows footsteps of Japanese hostility principle of “omotenashi”. This creates a welcoming environment and aid drivers and connects passengers to the world around them. In an official press release, QX Inspiration brings forth new era of Infiniti and illustrates in which direction company is moving. It further added that new technology gave Infiniti an opportunity to evolve their design philosophy. Infiniti QX Inspiration Concept will make its debut in Detroit on 14th January.
