Hyundai has another surprise for us as they are planning to launch another design concept. This new design concept will follow the footsteps of the recently launched Hyundai Le Fil Rouge concept. The Le Fil Rouge concept was shown to the world at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. Autocar reports that the next concept will have new styling theme and will be different from the Le Fil Rouge concept. This news was confirmed by South Korean automaker styling chief Sang-yup Lee. He further added that king, queen, bishop, knight are all different and when they work together, it becomes a team.
Sang-yup Lee added that they want Hyundai to be seen as emotional company and the best way to do it is by making eye-catching designs. Hyundai is known all around the globe to produce good and practical cars that is also value for money. But the company wants to add emotional value to their brand as a quality booster and it will be their next step.
The next production vehicle by Hyundai will be inspired by Le Fil Rouge concept. If we can speculate, then it might be the next-generation Sonata which is set to arrive in the year 2019. There is a name for the new look and it is Sensuous Sportiness design theme. The theme is inspired by the Italian cars that were made during the 1960s and 1970s. They have applied the new design theme on various models such as Santa Fe, Kona, Nexo and LaFesta.
