Hybrid Kinetic Group (HKG) is making the most out of their collaboration with Pininfarina. Both of these companies have collaborated to come up with series of concepts. Now, they will be showcasing two more concepts at the upcoming Beijing Auto Show. It is one of two and is dubbed as H500 and the concept takes shape of range-extended electric sedan. This plug-in hybrid will incorporate HKG powertrain and takes form from the famous Italian design studio. Apart from it, nit much is known about this concept and it will be joined by another concept. It is set to appear at Auto China.
It is not known which form it will take form, but there is good probability it might be a crossover. To refresh your memory, HKG and Pininfarina first collaborated on the H600 Sedan. This sedan made its debut at last year’s Geneva Motor Show. It was followed by five-seater K550 along with seven-seater K750 Crossover which was shown at 2017 Shanghai Motor Show. Recently, the company also leaked HK GT Concept just few weeks back in Geneva. The list is quite long when it comes to concepts from the collaboration between the two.
If we take two concepts into account, the total makes it six concepts. We are eagerly waiting to see any one of these concepts and a production version. Apart from HKG, Pininfarina is also working on other projects too. Mahindra owned Pininfarina is also working to launch own set of electric vehicles in near future. Initial details of it will be revealed in coming days.
