Ferrari Roma is billed as an icon of Italian design and the models seeks to embrace “carefree, pleasurable way of life that characterized Rome in the 1950s and 1960s”. The new Roma has an aerodynamic front fascia with a somewhat retro grille. It is placed above a pronounced splitter and is flanked by distinct headlights with floating daytime running lights. Further back, Ferrari Roma has a steeply sloping hood and a rakish windscreen. Moreover, you would also notice sculpted bodywork that has an uninterrupted appearance with help from flush mounted door handles.
Rear of the Ferrari Roma is more aggressive with the inclusion of bulging fenders with integrated LED taillights. Additionally, there is also a black rear bumper with an integrated four-tailpipe sports exhaust system. Drivers would enjoy high-tech cabin and consist of digital instrument cluster and a unique infotainment system with a portrait orientation. Front passenger also gets their own infotainment system but we are unsure if its standard or an option like Portofino. Apart from screens, Ferrari Roma has a floating center stack with unique gear selector that is divided into three sections. It is engrossed in premium leather and Alcantara upholstery with metallic and gloss black trim.
Without going into specifics, it was confirmed that Ferrari Roma is powered with a turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine that produces 612hp and 760 Nm of torque. Engine is mated with eight-speed dual-clutch transmission that was introduced on SF90 Stradale. This setup helps Ferrari Roma to accelerate 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds and takes 9.3 seconds to hit 0-124mph. Top speed is in excess of 199 mph. Ferrari didn’t announce when Roma will be launched.
