It is not unknown that Ferrari only sales FXX brand to selected and elite customers. We may not be that lucky, but don’t be unperturbed as there is a little chance that you can get behind the wheels of this magnificent supercar. This time, Maranello’s latest track-focused isn’t meant for crème de la crème, but for common “wealthy” people. The discussed hypercar is Ferrari FXX-K Evo is being sold by British broker Knight International. This particular model was built in the year 2016 and is one of the existing FXX-K’s. However, it has been upgraded to Evoluzione spec without building it from the scratch.
Ferrari FXX-K Evo is based on the hybrid LaFerrari but has been tuned for track. It has more bodywork, more powerful powertrain and less weight. The power in the Ferrari FXX-K Evo comes from naturally aspirated 6.3 liter V12 unit that offers 848 horsepower and electric components offers additional 187 horsepower. The combined output stands at 1,036 horsepower and over 900Nm of torque. The power-to-weight ratio stands at 3:13 per horsepower and completed Fiorano track in 1:14 which is 2 seconds faster than road version. Incidentally, it is quicker than production based Ferrari till date.
Evo is expected to faster as it produces 23 per cent more down force than stock FXX-K and 75 per cent more than road-going LaFerrari. It is reported that is situated in Italy and the odometer reads just 124 miles without ever being crashed. Even though the price of Ferrari FXX-K Evo has not been disclosed but it won’t be cheap. Knight International also offered to transform it into street-legal trim.
