BMW X6 M Typhoon gets a whopping 740HP boost by G-Power

When we talk about powerful and competent SUV’s, one of the first names that comes to our mind is BMW X6. It is developed by BMW’s M Division and the X6 M offer significant performance. The model comes with 4.4 liter twin-turbo V8 engine that churns out 567 horsepower and 750Nm of torque. If customer is looking for more power in their X6 M then they can opt for G-Power’s Typhoon conversion. With BMW X6 M Typhoon, customers will be getting wide fenders, custom front bumper with large intakes, side rocker panels, a new rear bumper and a custom exhaust with four carbon-coated tailpipes.

If a customer willing to spend more, then they could get an optional carbon fiber diffuser and Venturi hood as it improves aero and engine ventilation. With respect to wheels on BMW X6 M Typhoon, the tuning company is offering Jet Black five double spoke Hurricane RR alloys that have the diameter of 23 inches. Individually height-adjustable GX6M-RS coilover helps in lowering the suspension of front axle by 1.57 inches and rear by 1.18 inch. It is said that this tweaking helps in improving the handling of BMW X6 M Typhoon.

BMW X6 M Typhoon comes with upgraded turbochargers, custom downpipes and V3 software. G-Power has removed the electronic v-max limiter that proportionally improves maximum power output. With all these changes, the output stands at 740 horsepower and 980Nm of torque. G-Power even claims that this tuned version will be able to exceed the top speed of 186mph and can cover quarter of a mile in 11.5 seconds.
