BAC planning to develop hybrid hypercar similar to AM-RB 001

It is not easy to run a new automotive company and churn out successful model and be financially stable. BAC is one of many who have managed to do that. BAC stands for Briggs Automotive Company and was formed as sports cars manufacturer in the year 2009. This Liverpool based company has some ambitious plans. People who are familiar with BAC will know that they came up with the very successful Mono. This street legal car is quite fats and is even faster than the McLaren P1 GTR.

Recently, they have also launched BAC USA to compete against the big names. According to news reports, Briggs Automotive Company is planning to develop hybrid hyper which will be similar to the Aston Martin AM-RB 001. One of the founders of BAC (Briggs Automotive Company), Neill Briggs said in an interview to Wilton Classic & Supercar said that the project is in early stages. However, he did confirm that it will have 2-seater with closed cockpit and will be hybrid. Neil Briggs also said that key aspects of the million dollar hypercar will be decided with the help of advisory panel.

This advisory panel will consist of BAC Mono owners and potential customers. There is still now word when we will be able to see this hypercar. Neill Briggs is unperturbed by the loads of hypercars which are announced such as Aston Martin AM-RB 001 and Mercedes-Benz Project One. He even said that there is huge demand for hypercars and the perception of massive beast has changed. It is much more fun to drive.
