Audi has opened their open book for A1 Citycarver in the United Kingdom. This pseudo-crossover is priced from £22,040 which is £3,605 expensive than the base A1 Sportback. Audi A1 Citycarver 30 TFSI Advanced trim offers 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, 8.8-inch infotainment system as standard. There are also sports seats wrapped in textile material and a sports steering wheel. Buyers of Audi A1 Citycarver can choose between nine exterior paint finishes with black or grey contrasting roof.
They can also opt for mid-range Design Selection that adds mood lighting and few other options or the range-topping S Line with its roof spoiler, larger alloy wheels and leather trim. Audi A1 Citycarver Edition One if offered for a limited time and comes with orange or grey exterior paint, 18-inch wheels, black trim and tinted lights. Powering the entry-level Audi A1 Citycarver is 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine. It generates an output of 114hp (116 PS/ 85 kW) and 200 Nm of torque. It can be mated with seven-speed automatic transmission or six-speed manual transmission. The setup achieves a top speed of 123mph and takes 9.9 seconds to hits 0-62mph.
Buyers can also opt for 1.5-liter 35 TFSI with same gearbox choices and generates 148hp (150 PS/ 110 kW) and 250 Nm of torque. It has £1,080 Premium and is tad quicker. If compared with regular A1 Sportback, A1 Citycarver is 40mm higher and features rugged bumpers, plastic cladding on the lower parts of the body and stainless-steel underbody protection.
