Aston Martin DBS Superleggera lineup is expanding and they have planned to introduce Bijan Edition at the Monterey Car Week. Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Bijan Edition is commissioned by House of Bijan based in Beverly Hills. This special edition was developed in partnership with Q by Aston Martin. At this point of time, Aston Martin didn’t reveal full details of the model, but did state that it will be available as coupe and volante. Each unit of Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Bijan Edition will feature a bespoke Bijan Yellow exterior with a subtle paisley pattern ghosted into the bonnet paint.
Additionally, thee would a handful of striking enhancements that includes a carbon fiber rear spoiler with yellow Bijan branding. Inside the cabin of Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Bijan Edition, driver would find soft alligator leather and Bijan logos. Buyers will also have an option of having their initials integrated into the veeners. Pricing details is yet to be announced, but it will be available to order from the House of Bijan and also from Aston Martin dealers worldwide. It will become part of their drivable “art collection” that consist of flashy Rolls-Royce Phantom and Bugatti Veyron.
Apart from the special edition, Aston Martin will also make North American debut at DB4 GT Zagato Continuation and Valhalla hypercar. Valhalla is a mid-engined model which is developed in collaboration with Adrian Newey and Red Bull Advanced Technologies. It would become third mid-engine hypercar after Valkyrie and Valkyrie AMR Pro, but it would be more practical and road-friendly. Despite these changes, model will have a “high-efficiency, high-output turbocharged V6 petrol engine and [a] battery-electric hybrid system.” The model could offer a combined output of 1,000hp with production limited to 500 units.
