Mercedes-AMG has revealed the 2020 GLC 43 4Matic that is available in standard and Coupe form. It is expected that it will hit market later this year. Pricing details of the new GLC 43 4Matic has not been revealed as of yet. 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic is based around the facelifted GLC which was showcased earlier this year and feature several new components that distinguishes from the previous-gen GLC 43. Most noticeable visual aspect can be seen in form of overhauled headlights and taillights. Taking all these factors into consideration, subtle changes differentiates with the outgoing GLC 43 variants.
2020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic Coupe and standard version uses a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine that offers an output of 385hp and 520 Nm of torque. The generated power is transferred with the help from nine-speed automatic transmission and a 4Matic all-wheel drive system. This setup enables the 2020 GLC 43 4Matic to hit 0-60mph in 4.7 seconds. Both the versions have limited top speed of 155 mph. The all-wheel drive system features a front/rear axle torque split of 31 to 69 percent.
Buyers who are planning to purchase latest AMG models will be pleased to know that it comes with AMG Ride Control and Air Body Control air suspension systems as standard. The first of these systems adjusts damping at each wheel for requirements at any give time to improve safety and ride comfort. Three settings for suspension is available which are Comfort, Sport and Sport+ respectively. Cabin of 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic consist of leather sports seats with red top stitching along with number of aluminium trim elements found throughout the cabin. Additionally, there is also a flat-bottomed steering wheel, galvanized shift paddles, and various steering wheel buttons with an optional AMG steering wheel. Like any other Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG models, latest MBUX infotainment system comes as standard and can be operated via touchpad.
