China based Karma Automotive has revealed all-new 2020 Revero GT. It is a revised version of hybrid saloon which was earlier dubbed as Fisker Karma. The company also revealed Pininfarina GT coupe and the SC1 Vision Concept. 2020 Karma Revero GT comprise of a redesigned bodywork and new “world class” hybrid electric powertrain. As a range extended, 2020 Karma Revero GT uses BMW sourced TwinPower Turbo three-cylinder petrol engine. Combined output of 2020 Karma Revero GT is 528hp (535PS) and the battery pack has the capacity of 28kWh. Karma Automotive claims that 2020 Revero GT will have a range of 80 miles on pure electric range and can accelerate from 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds.
According to company’s CEO, Dr. Lance Zhou, 2020 Karma Revero GT will be launched in Europe and Middle East by next year. In China, it will arrive by the year 2021. The next in the list is Karma Pininfarina GT Coupe and as the name suggest it has been collaborated with design house Pininfarina. Pininfarina GT Coupe is basically a 2020 Karma Revero GT but with a brand new two-door bodywork on top. It also retains the same hybrid electric powertrain. This enticing coupe has mesmerizing interior and it features a redesigned interior wrapped in white and off-white leathers that is finished in Bone Gray with a contrasting black roof. Karma Automotive said that if there is enough interest, the might put it into limited production.
Last but not the least is Karma SC1 Vision Concept. It acts as a preview for the future full-electric plans. This electric roadster has clean lines and huge butterfly doors. They also give access to the luggage area when opened. The full electric design study showcases Karma’s take on infotainment system. It not only includes 5G connectivity but also offers voice, touch, eye and graphical interfaces for “seamless interaction”.
