Now, we have new set of spy photos that gives us a closer look at 2020 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor that showcases its LED lights behind the grille which makes traffic light look brighter and comprehensive Police Interceptor badging. 2020 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor is built on Ford’s Explorer SUV and eerie similarities are also evident from the camouflaged vehicle. This police version incorporates steel wheels and offers provision for extra lights. 2020 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor is expected to be announced in early 2019.

The front of the vehicle features plastic mesh grille, sharper headlights and aggressive LED foglights. To emphasize on sportier look, sharper lines can be seen on C-Pillar and further back at D-Pillar. Other feature includes revised bumper, taillights, bumper and tailgate.
