On the occasion of 35th birth anniversary of M5, BMW have unveiled 2020 M5 Edition 35 Years. 2020 BMW M5 Edition 35 Years is based around BMW M5 Competition. The 2020 M5 Edition 35 Years is powered with twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine that offer 617hp at 6000rpm and 750 Nm of torque. It helps the special edition sedan to accelerate from 0 to 62mph in 3.1 seconds and 0-124mph in 10.8 seconds. 2020 BMW M5 Edition 35 Years stands out thanks to exterior upgrades and it features BMW Individual Frozen Dark Grey II metallic paint.
2020 M5 Edition 35 Years is fitted with 20-inch M alloy wheels that is finished in Graphite Grey. They are complemented by gloss black brake calipers and the M5 badge at the rear has been removed. Cabin of 2020 BMW M5 Edition 35 Years features a pair of M sports seats finished in BMW Individual Merino black leather with contrasting beige stitching. However, most noticeable aspect is the gold anodized aluminum carbon structure that embellishes center console, and door trim sections. Driver would also appreciate a new 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster which is paired with 10.3-inch central display. 350 examples of 2020 BMW M5 Edition 35 Years will be made and only 35 units are meant for US market. All production model Executive Package and M Driver’s Package as standard. Executive package features soft-close automatic doors, a power rear sunshade and rear side window shades, front ventilated seats, 4-zone automatic climate control, front massaging seats, and others. M Driver’s Package increase the electronic top speed limit from 155mph to 189mph. Upgrades are completed by including M sport exhaust system and the latest Live Cockpit Professional with the BMW iDrive 7 operating system.
