RAM Trucks are getting heavy appreciations at the Chicago Auto Show. This commercial vehicle was earlier revealed Chassis Cab lineup with Multifunctional tailgate. Now, 2019 RAM 2500 Heavy Duty has been heavily accessorized by Mopar. There are more than 170 Mopar products available for the new RAM Heavy Duty Trucks. The discussed vehicle is based on 2019 Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Big Horn. It is powered by the 6.4 liter HEMI V8 engine. The modified trucks come with series of Mopar parts and accessories along with few unique conceptual products.
The exterior of the 2019 RAM 2500 Heavy Duty is painted in monochromatic Blue Streak production paint and features a black, powder-coated Ram Bar located in the bed topped with five 5-inch LED off-road lights (4,800 lumens each). Other features include a rear bed step that facilitates access to the cargo area, and a set of Mopar off-road wheel flares. Concept vehicles which have Mopar accessories include powder-coated off-road rock rails, 17 inch custom-milled concept beadlock wheels shod with Goodyear tires, and a rear spare tire carrier. Mopar has made some changes in the cabin too and features brushed stainless steel door sill guards with “Ram” lettering, and bucket-style, waterproof all-weather floor mats.
Like always, Mopar accessories are developed with cooperation with RAM. Majority of production parts and accessories will be available during 2019 Ram Heavy Duty launch. Apart from showcased accessories at Chicago, Mopar will also offer towing accessories including a trailer camera, fifth-wheel hitch, and gooseneck ball kit. The catalog also includes a bed extender, bed liners, cargo ramp, tonneau covers, side steps, toolboxes, and heavy-duty splash guards. Seats will have Katzkin leather seats, wireless charger and others.
