However, the figure of torque remained unchanged in both the 2018 BMW M5 and 2019 BMW M5. That is 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque. Therefore, this super sports car has the ability to accelerate 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in just 3.3 seconds and 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) in just 10.8 seconds. Considering the standard model, there are up gradations of 0.1 and 0.3 seconds.

2019 BMW M5 is featured with a rear-biased all-wheel-drive system and 8-speed automatic transmission. That works with the vehicle’s Active M Differential conjunction. This supercar is also equipped with a special engine mount along with an upgraded spring rate. In this context, BMW reports that this helps the car to render immediate transmission and more direct engine response to deliver its power to the drivetrain. The engine of this supercar is designed with fine-tuned suspension and chassis as well. Therefore, it reduces the ride height by 0.27-inches (7 mm). BMW M5 is further featured with 10% firmer rear anti-roll bar and stiffer springs as well.
