The highly anticipated 2018 Porsche Cayenne is finally here and it will make its world premiere next week. The scheduled date is 29th August and will be held at Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen factory. Since, the event will be broadcast online; you can watch all the action there. While previewing the 2018 Porsche Cayenne, they released a sketch of it as well. The teaser image shows that the premium SUV has gone through drastic design changes compared to the current model. It is now much more sleek, larger, and powerful.

The rear of this SUV has sharp sloping roof line which seems that it is inspired by the Porsche Macan. 2018 Porsche Cayenne will have MLB Evo platform which can be found on new Volkswagen Touareg and Audi Q7. This platform helps the car making it lighter, and technologically much more advanced. The new Porsche Cayenne will be offered in V6 and V8 Turbo gasoline engine for now. The diesel engine will be delayed because of the dieselgate there are facing. The range toping version of 2018 Cayenne will be Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid. It will share the same hybrid powertrain to that of Panamera.

Some reports believe that the 2018 Porsche Cayenne will be last generation of models to be getting diesel engine.
