The new QX80 has gone through changes and the redesigned version was showcased at Dubai Motor Show. 2018 Infiniti QX80 comes with new look which comprises of large radiator grille, new lower fascia and dynamic headlights. These changes give the car an impression of looking longer. The new version is based on 2010 model and the interior has been gone through massive changes. 2018 Infiniti QX80 will be offered in two versions and both of them will be powered with 5.6 liter V8 engine that gives 400hp of output.
The base 2WD variant will be available for $64,750 and it excludes $995 destination and handling fees. AWD version will have a higher price and it is set at $67,850. This version comprises of computer-controlled transfer case along with three drive modes. The modes are Auto, 4H, and 4L respectively. There are two interior layouts for the 2018 Infiniti QX80 which is seven-seater and eight-seater. The production of 2018 Infiniti QX80 will commence at their Japan’s factory at Kyushu. The sale of this car will be held in selected markets such as in North America, Asia, Middle East and Western Europe.
2018 Infiniti QX80 is 210.2 inches long, 75.8 inches tall (roof rails included) and 79.9 inches wide. The rear looks much sharper along with thinner lights and raised lower bumper sections, gives the car a commanding presence. There are many driver assistance features present in 2018 Infiniti QX80 and it includes Backup Collision Intervention, Blind Spot Warning, Intelligent Cruise Control (Full-Speed Range). Other features include Distance Control Assist, Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Predictive Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Intervention, Lane Departure Warning and Lane Departure Prevention.
