2018 Infiniti Q50 Production begins in Japan

After months of anticipation, we can finally confirm that the production of 2018 Infiniti Q50 has begun. It will take place in Japan at their Tochigi plant. 2018 Infiniti Q50 will be arriving in United States this year and comprises of many improvements. The exterior of the model has been revised modestly which comprises of new grille and slim LED taillights. The design takes inspiration from the Infiniti Q60. Infiniti Q50 Sport and Q50 Red Sport 400 feature an aggressive front bumper. 2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 is the range topping model. Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 also consists of gloss black mirrors, a rear diffuser and fresh 19 inch of alloy wheels. The cabin has been improved by inculcating new steering wheel, sporty shift knob and soft touch material wrapped around instrument panel. Drivers will also be receiving new chrome accents, and upgraded wooden trim.

2018 Infiniti Q50 will be offered with wide range of engine options. The entry level model is powered with 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine which gives an output of 208 horsepower and 349 Nm of torque. Other engine option which is available is 3.0 liter twin-turbo V6 engine that gives an output of 300 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. It also provides an output of 400 horsepower and 474 Nm of torque. Customers will also be provided with a hybrid variant. The hybrid version will be powered with 3.5 liter V6 engine and an electric motor. The combined output is maxed out at 360 horsepower.
